Shipping Domestic
Most prices on this website include postage and packing. Please contact me to discuss shipping costs on larger lamps and items of furniture.

Returns
We expect you to be delighted with your purchase. If you feel the item is not suitable, under Distant Selling Regulations you can return the items to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding postal charges).
Items should be, returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.
We offer a free returns service (mainland UK addresses only) that is easy to use and stress free. Just pop the product back in the box and let us know a convenient day to pick it up from you. We will arrange the pick up.
For returns outside of mainland UK customers will be responsible for payment of the return delivery.
Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be received following receipt of the goods.
Specially commissioned work cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the item.
Courses
Covid Times
Please note my usual terms and conditions below do not currently apply whilst we are in a pandemic situation. Full refunds or re-scheduling on another course are currently offered to anyone unable to attend, for whatever reason. Cancellations can be made up to the day of the course. (We don’t want you in the workshop if you suddenly feel unwell!)
Usual T+C’s
Courses of 2 days or under require 4 weeks written notice to cancel (e.g. via email), For all other courses I ask for a minimum of 6 weeks notice to cancel. After this time a refund can usually only be made if I can fill the place or places. An admin charge of £20 may be levied for changes to course dates if places need re-advertising.
